Media Youth Rugby Partners with Professional Rugby Club
Media Youth Rugby Football Club signed a partnership agreement with Sale Sharks one of the leading professional Rugby Union clubs in Europe.
Historically based in the Manchester suburb of Sale, but now playing at AJ Bell Stadium, the Sharks compete in the Aviva Premiership, having played in England's top flight since 1994.
Media Youth Rugby will benefit from access to the Sale Sharks coaching content and curriculum of the Sale Sharks Academy. Beginning with a Sale Sharks International Academy camp July 27th - 29th at Rose Tree Elementary School in Media, PA. Click Here for details and registration information. The camp will be run by a senior member of the Sale Sharks Academy coaching staff and will introduce players to coaching methods and drills from a professional rugby club. Players excelling at the camp will be invited to the 2017 Sale Sharks Academy Experience in Manchester, England.
Future benefits of the partnership will include opportunities to tour or travel overseas with the Sale Sharks – the partnership allows behind scenes access to the professional Rugby club.

Media Youth Rugby is an affiliate of the Media Rugby Football Club, which fields teams in the Youth (under 13), Junior (Under 15) and High School (Under 19) divisions of Rugby Pennsylvania.Media Youth Rugby provides a fun, encouraging environment for boys to learn and participate in the sport of rugby. Players learn the core values of Rugby, Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship.
